SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only.  Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders can take up to 3 weeks to deliver. Orders going to the same address may be combined during shipment. 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 21 business days to process and ship. Noise reserves the right to change delivery dates based on stock, provided that the customer is updated with the new delivery date. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer 30 days for return and exchanges for regular priced merchandise. 


Unfortunately, there are no refunds on any sale or marked down items. 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all their original tags attached and must be in its original packaging. Noise reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to sender. 

Refunds must be accompanied by a valid receipt and will be processed back to the original form of payment.  Please note that for all returns and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
