Help raise awareness and funds for CMHA, while also making a positive impact on your own mental wellbeing. Challenge yourself, your friends and coworkers to a very active September!

For the month of September, Walk, Run, Bike, while tracking your distance traveled using the Strava app.
You'll receive an email with instructions to join Make it Loud on Strava.
Starting September 1st, track your daily activities using the Strava app.
Share photos and cheer each other on!
Donate to the Canadian Mental Health Association and share it with your friends and family.

All proceeds go directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association, supporting their free counselling services and community programs.
In the past 4 years of hosting the challenge, we've collectively raised $33,456.47 and made a strong impact on our community!
Your donation goes towards supporting the services that CMHA offers our communities. Every $40 donation provides 1 hour of free counselling services for someone in need. Every $200 supports 1 person's attendance for CMHA's 9 week Coping Skills for Change program.
